Position Overview:
The Entry-Level Accountant supports the daily accounting operations of the company by assisting with financial recordkeeping, reconciliations, and basic reporting. This role is ideal for a recent graduate or early-career professional looking to build a strong foundation in accounting practices while working closely with experienced finance team members.
Job Duties/Responsibilities:
  • Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable processing
  • Prepare and post journal entries under supervision
  • Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts
  • Maintain accurate financial records and documentation
  • Support month-end and year-end close activities
  • Assist with financial reports, spreadsheets, and audits
  • Track expenses and ensure proper coding of transactions
  • Respond to internal inquiries related to accounting data
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards
  • Perform other accounting and administrative duties as assigned

Required Skills/Abilities:
  • Basic understanding of accounting principles (GAAP preferred)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic accounting software
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Education and Experience:
