Job description

Long-term contract position without a defined end date available in the Dayton, NJ 08810 market

Entry level Accounting Associate

$19.50 per hour pay rate / $40,560 annually

Monday - Friday

8AM - 4:30PM or 8:30AM - 5PM schedule

Working in the Cash Office in a nice office environment

Banking/Accounting/Reconciliation experience is desired

Responsibilities are as follows:

  • Processing of cash for customer orders
  • Carrier cash from deliveries reconciliation
  • Completion of end of day banking reconciliation
  • Morning reports to reconcile from day before for cash, credit cards, credit, Zelle, etc
  • Return credits
  • Checking processing

Medical insurance and paid time off are offerred
