Job description

Job Title: Entry-Level Machinist
Location: St. Charles, MO
Join Natoli Engineering as a CNC Machinist Trainee and become part of a dynamic team on 2nd shift! We are looking for individuals who are interested in learning a new skill, excel in math and have a knack for precision. Kickstart a career in manufacturing!
Key Responsibilities:
  • Learn and develop skills to operate CNC machinery efficiently.
  • Interpret and work from blueprints to produce high-quality components.
  • Utilize precision measuring equipment to ensure product accuracy.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
Required Skills and Attributes:
  • Self-Starter: Ability to work with little or no supervision.
  • Strong understanding of fractions and decimals.
  • Competence in reading and interpreting blueprints.
  • Familiarity with precision measuring tools.
  • Previous experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to stand, stoop, bend, and reach for extended periods.
  • Capable of lifting, handling, and carrying trays weighing up to 50 lbs.
