Role Description

This is a full‑time, on‑site role for a General Manager based in Lubbock, TX. The General Manager oversees the daily operations of the store, including team management, sales planning, inventory control, and customer service. Responsibilities include developing and leading a high‑performing team, achieving sales goals, maintaining quality standards, driving customer engagement, and ensuring operational excellence.
