Job Summary
The Employee Relations Associate works in a highly confidential role supporting employee success. This position provides initial responses and support for employee relations requests, escalates concerns to the appropriate team members, and addresses student-employee requests.
Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of employee relations activities, including paperwork, data entry, reports, and confidential information to ensure timely responses to requests
  • Act as the initial contact for employee relations inquiries, handling intake and directing issues to the appropriate team members for resolution
  • Provides logistical assistance for employee success efforts including scheduling and accurate note taking
  • Assists in answering routine questions on policies and procedures, and escalates more complex inquiries to appropriate personnel
  • Provide guidance and support to student employees, helping them navigate workplace challenges
  • Provide routine support for employee success initiatives
  • Design and prepare educational aids and materials

Required Qualifications
Educational Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent

Required Experience
  • One (1) or more years related work experience or education equivalent

Proposed Salary
