We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Dental Billing Specialist to join our team full-time. This role is essential to maintaining accurate and timely billing processes, managing insurance claims, and ensuring financial accountability within our dental office. Job Description

Efficiently process dental billing and patient collections.
Utilize practice management software to accurately input and retrieve patient data.
Verify patient information and cross-check for accuracy with records.
Liaise with insurance companies to follow up on claim statuses and resolve any inconsistencies.
Stay current with dental terminology, coding practices, and billing procedures.
Collaborate with dental providers to clarify documentation and resolve discrepancies.
Prepare and assist with financial management reports related to billing activities.
Manage patient account aging reports and follow up on outstanding balances.
