Job description

A growing mid-sized company in the Des Moines metro is seeking an Accounts Payable Representative to support its accounting team on a contract basis. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and has experience processing high-volume invoices, managing vendor relationships, and ensuring timely and accurate payments.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
Process full-cycle accounts payable, including invoice entry, coding, matching, and payment processing.
Experience working with ERP/accounting systems and Microsoft Excel for data entry, reporting, and account reconciliation.
Strong understanding of AP procedures, vendor management, and resolving invoice discrepancies.
