Job Description:
The Field Sales Representative is responsible for driving sales, distribution, and brand presence within an assigned territory. This field-based role focuses on building customer relationships, executing sales strategies, and ensuring company brands are consistently represented at the highest standard.
This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated, relationship-driven professional who enjoys being in the field, owning their territory, and making a direct impact on business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with store managers and key account contacts
  • Drive outside sales revenue and increase distribution of company brands
  • Prospect for new accounts through regular outside sales calls
  • Service the account on every visit – to include merchandising
  • Lead, schedule and at times execute resets in order to expand portfolio
  • Develop and execute sales plans to meet volume and distribution goals
  • Anticipate objections and provide effective solutions
  • Ensure product is in code, saleable, and properly merchandised
  • Maintain or increase shelf space and secure secondary displays
  • Monitor competitive activity and report market insights
  • Support promotional events, grand openings, and special dealer requests
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries and voicemails
  • Complete all required paperwork accurately and on time
  • Maintain company equipment and property in clean, working condition
  • Follow all company policies, safety standards, and recall procedures
Qualifications:
Required:
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Must have a valid driver's license, personal vehicle and insurance
  • Minimum of two years of successful sales and/or customer service experience
Preferred:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • Prior sales experience in a related industry
Additional Details:
  • Field-based role with daily travel to customer accounts
