As a Client Success Representative (CSR) at Advanced IPM, you will be the face of our company, providing friendly, knowledgeable, and prompt support to both internal team members and external customers. Your primary function will be to address and resolve potential issues quickly and effectively while taking every opportunity to exceed client expectations. You will manage information processing, communication, and sales support, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all your tasks.Key Responsibilities:
  • Answer multi-line phone systems and screen calls to determine the nature of inquiries, providing appropriate responses and follow-up.
  • Schedule service calls, manage client appointments, and input service call notes into the database.
  • Assist clients with payments, billing questions, and cancellations, striving for resolutions whenever possible.
  • Welcome new residential clients and schedule termite inspections.
  • Log and follow up on client complaints, ensuring timely resolution.
  • Respond to inquiries from prospective clients and forward relevant information to the appropriate teams.
  • Process emails in a timely manner containing current and potential client inquiries.
  • Manage and distribute sales leads, track follow-ups, and set up client appointments.
