This customer service-focused role is perfect for someone who works well independently, thrives in a structured environment, and can effectively manage both inbound calls and accurate data entry. 


Overnight Customer Support Job Details:
  • Training Shift: 8:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. (Day Shift)
  • Permanent Hours: 9:00 p.m. – 5:00 a.m. (Overnight)
  • Pay Rate: $18-$20

Overnight Customer Support Job Description:
  • Work independently after hours in a calm, focused office environment
  • Answer incoming customer calls and assist with placing and processing orders
  • Enter and manage orders received via phone, email, and voicemail with accuracy and efficiency
