Position Overview:We are currently searching for 1st and 2nd shift Assembly Associates to join our team in New Bremen, OH. If you have experience or the desire to learn, we want to talk to you! In this role, you will be responsible for assembling various corrugate components and products in a timely and efficient manner. Your attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment will be critical to your success, and you will collaborate closely with other team members to ensure that all products meet our high standards of quality and safety.

Hours:

  • 1st shift 5am to 1pm Monday through Friday
  • 2nd shift 1pm to 11pm Monday through Thursday

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assemble various components and products according to specifications and blueprints.
  • Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality and safety standards.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area.
  • Collaborate with team members to identify and resolve any issues that arise during the assembly process.
  • Meet production goals and deadlines while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in assembly or a related field.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to bend, reach, stoop, squat, and stand for up to 8 hours.
  • Good hand-eye coordination.
  • Occasional lifting of up to 50 pounds and frequent lifting of 10-20 pounds.
  • Understanding of machine set-up, machine runs, plant data entry, handwork, or assembly assignments.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with hand and power tools.
  • Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing principles.

Skills:As an Assembly professional, you will utilize your strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment to fulfill assembly tasks. Your excellent communication and teamwork skills will be essential for collaborating with other team members and resolving issues during the assembly process.
