Job description

The Entitlements Manager will be responsible for entitlements as they pertain to land development. Work with internal department, city and county government agencies and subcontractors to satisfy all entitlement contingencies for assigned communities. Ensure all plans and required submittals are processed with the appropriate government body to obtain approvals as required. Develop entitlement strategies, submissions and presentations as necessary. Obtain entitlement and permit approvals for projects. Manage the entitlement process while maintaining community schedules. Prepare project schedules through the permitting process and ensure schedule compliance. Coordinate land surveys, easements, and work with surveyors, engineers, etc. to ensure work is done as required. Coordinate all aspects of bond exoneration. Coordinate with homeowner's associations to resolve project related issues through community closeout.
Requirements include a bachelor's degree from four-year college or university focusing on Business, Urban Planning, Construction or Engineering; minimum of 3 years' related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Successful candidate must maintain a valid driver's license.
