Weโ€™re seeking an experienced Solution Manager โ€“ Technical Project Manager to lead strategic customer implementations and internal initiatives. This hybrid role combines client-facing project execution with internal coordination, requiring deep SAP experience and enterprise project delivery expertise. Youโ€™ll drive full lifecycle solution delivery from initiation through support handoff, working cross-functionally with global customers and internal engineering, support, and product teams.


Key Responsibilities
  • Lead full-cycle implementation projects for strategic customers
  • Execute and manage project plans, deliverables, schedules, and scope
  • Manage customer relationships and serve as main project point of contact

  • 12+ years in solution/project management roles
  • 5+ years SAP project management experience (SAP ECC/HANA)
  • Deep functional and technical knowledge of SAP Business Suite
  • 8+ years in enterprise software or consulting, delivering full lifecycle solutions
  • Hands-on experience with enterprise software implementation and integration
  • Strong understanding of security, networking, and enterprise technologies
  • Proven stakeholder relationship management and risk mitigation skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
  • US Citizenship or US Permanent Residency (Green Card)
  • Willingness to travel up to 25%
  • Experience in enterprise security solution implementations
  • Background in customer software development or product integration
  • PMI Certification or equivalent project management credential
