Cherokee Casino West Siloam Springs is seeking a Table Games Floor Lead! This role involves supervising all aspects of table game operations within an assigned pit area. The Floor Lead is tasked with overseeing dealers and the overall action, ensuring that all procedures are followed correctly. This includes opening and closing games, maintaining game security, and reporting any irregularities or safety hazards to leadership. Company:Cherokee Nation Entertainment

  • High School Diploma or GED and at least 1 year of table games dealing experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Ability to lead a gaming floor area without having direct supervisory authority over employees.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a license by the appropriate gaming authority.ย 
  • Lead the opening and closing procedures of a pit area.
  • Maintain the security of the table games by inspecting decks and monitoring all action.
  • Oversee all activity in the pit and report any irregular play to leadership.
  • Ensure adherence to safety policies and procedures and report any safety hazards.
  • Maintain the accuracy of the table games inventory for opening and closing games.
  • Maintain knowledge of dealer procedures and ensure they are being followed.ย
