Job Title :Senior Project Manager – Community Engagement Operations & Partnerships

Location : Cranston/Providence, RI - Primarily remote.

Duration : Long-Term Contract (Minimum 5 Years)


Job Description :

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to support a large-scale rural health transformation initiative focused on community engagement, stakeholder collaboration, and operational excellence. This role will serve as the central coordinator for engagement activities, advisory council operations, partner outreach, and implementation tracking across multiple organizations and stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will possess strong project management expertise, exceptional communication skills, and experience working with complex community, healthcare, public health, or human services programs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate advisory council meetings, agendas, attendance, onboarding activities, and follow-up actions.
  • Support statewide engagement initiatives, regional events, community sessions, and outreach programs.
  • Maintain engagement calendars, event schedules, outreach trackers, and stakeholder databases.
  • Collaborate with community organizations, regional partners, municipalities, healthcare providers, and program stakeholders.
  • Track project milestones, action items, decisions, risks, and partner commitments.
  • Prepare briefing materials, presentation content, meeting documentation, and stakeholder communications.
  • Support accessibility, language access, and public-facing engagement activities.
  • Develop reports and documentation for leadership updates and program accountability.
  • Manage multiple priorities while ensuring timely completion of deliverables.
