ABC57 in South Bend, Indiana is seeking an experienced Photojournalist/Editor to join our News Team and deliver high quality story telling.
What You'll Do
  • Bring stories to life through compelling video, editing, and dramatic lighting
  • Collaborate effectively and proactively with reporters, producers, and on-air talent
  • Engage with sales clients on commercial content preferences
  • Work daily with the Creative Services and Sales team on commercial shoots and updates to current commercials
  • Coordinate shoot dates and execute writing, shooting, and editing for on-air and online commercials as needed
  • Perform additional duties as assigned

What You'll Need
  • Prior experience in a video production role within broadcast, digital, or cable environments
  • Proficiency in videography, lighting, audio production, and Adobe editing software (e.g., Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop)
  • Drone operation experience and license preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail with proven time management abilities
  • Ability to lift and move equipment weighing up to 50 lbs.
