Job description

Busy entertainment executive seeking a highly organized, proactive, and dependable Personal Assistant / Shopper / Runner to support daily personal and professional needs. This role will report directly to the Senior Assistant.


The right candidate is a self-starter who can anticipate needs, take initiative, and handle responsibilities with professionalism and attention to detail. This position requires someone who works well both independently and as part of a team, and who can maintain confidentiality at all times.


Responsibilities

  • Run errands and coordinate shopping requests
  • Assist with personal and executive-related tasks
  • Pick up and deliver items as needed
  • Support the Senior Assistant with day-to-day operations and projects
  • Help maintain organization and follow-through on assignments
  • Coordinate schedules, appointments, and miscellaneous tasks as assigned
  • Provide general administrative and operational support
  • Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion

Pay Level for this role is $24.03 – $33.65 hourly, depending on experience.

Depending on performance and capability, this role has the opportunity to grow and take on increased responsibility over time.
