The Managing Director serves as the strategic and operational leader of the resort, responsible for driving financial performance, enhancing the guest journey, and fostering a culture rooted in service excellence and accountability. This role requires a balance of big-picture thinking and hands-on leadership, with a strong focus on revenue growth, financial accuracy, and full activation of resort amenities and experiences.

What You Bring:

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred
  • 5+ years of experience as a General Manager in a resort environment
  • Strong financial acumen with proven success managing budgets, revenue, and expenses
  • Demonstrated ability to drive profitability and operational performance
  • Exceptional leadership and team development skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities; able to effectively partner with ownership, corporate teams, and on-property leaders
