Job Summary
As a Concessions Manager, you will be responsible for leading and motivating our hourly team members to provide a warm welcome and delicious food to our guests. The ideal candidate will be an experienced operations leader who is focused on people and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Supporting the recruitment and training of team members in our standards and procedures
  • Mentor and coach team members, including professional development and progressive discipline
  • Working with colleagues to continuously improve operational performance
  • Support other departments as needed
  • Overseeing service standards and operations during events to ensure a high level of the guest experience
  • Managing and resolving guest complaints
  • Ensuring accurate end of month inventory
  • Managing team safety procedures and compliance
  • Managing team member scheduling
  • Overseeing payroll
  • Supporting other properties and departments as demanded by the business
  • Other duties/responsibilities as assigned

Preferred Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of experience in a food and beverage operational position
  • High level of computer literacy
  • Passion for hospitality, food, and retail
  • Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
