The Diner Bar Hop greets guests, prepares classic ice cream desserts like sundaes and malt shakes, supports servers, and ensures every guest leaves satisfied.   • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
  • Ability to obtain a food handler's card, gaming authority licensing, and a state-issued alcoholic beverage license.
  • Ability to stand for long periods, bend, kneel, and lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Comfortable working varied shifts, including weekends and holidays, and in environments with noise and second-hand smoke.
  • Greeting guests warmly, taking food and dessert orders, and maintaining positive service throughout their visit.
  • Prepare ice cream treats, including sundaes, shakes, malts, and other specialty desserts.
  • Perform financial transactions accurately and process guest payments.
