We are seeking a motivated and organized Administrative Assistant / Reception Coordinator to join our growing team.

Position Overview

This position serves as an important support role within our office operations. While reception and front-office coverage are part of the position, the primary focus is administrative support, project coordination, communication, and helping maintain efficient day-to-day operations.

The ideal candidate is professional, detail-oriented, highly organized, and comfortable managing multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.

ResponsibilitiesAdministrative Support

  • Assist with daily office operations and administrative tasks
  • Organize, maintain, and update project files and internal records
  • Support project coordination and communication between departments
  • Prepare documents, spreadsheets, and reports as needed
  • Perform data entry and maintain accurate records
  • Assist management and team members with various administrative duties

Reception & Office Coordination

  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls professionally and efficiently
  • Greet clients, vendors, and visitors in a courteous and professional manner
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, deliveries, and packages
  • Maintain office supply inventory and place orders when needed
  • Help maintain office organization and presentation
