Fusion Dance Centre
Ensemble Performing Arts is seeking an organized and outgoing Receptionist for Fusion Dance Center in Roselle Park, NJ. In this position, you will assist with a variety of clerical and administrative duties. These tasks include greeting clients, registering students, answering phones, taking messages, and email correspondence. You may also assist with invoicing and accounts receivable. Since you will be the first person clients see as they walk through our door, we are looking for an individual who can maintain a professional appearance at all times.
You will be the first point of contact for hundreds of families, responding speedily to all customer issues. As one of our most visible representatives, you are the Director of First Impressions!
Your 6-star customer service will help us to foster happy and loyal customer relationships for years to come.
Estimated Hours Per Week: 25 hours
Office and Account Coordinator Duties and Responsibilities
  • Answer phones and take messages
  • Contacting customers for past due balances - Collection Calls
  • Respond to emails
  • Manage mail correspondence
  • Greet clients and visitors
  • Help maintain office calendar
  • Assist with invoicing
  • Perform data entry and filing tasks
  • Perform other clerical tasks as needed

Office and Account Coordinator Requirements and Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED certificate
  • Associate degree or bachelor's degree preferred
  • 1 Year of Administrative or clerical experience
  • Experience making calls and answering calls
  • Experience with Quickbooks software a plus
  • Computer proficiency
  • Experience with Google Drive/Google Docs
  • Organizational and time management skills
  • Basic math skills
  • Calm and professional appearance
