Family Entertainment Group (FEG) is the industry leader in arcade and entertainment facility design, development, consultation, and operations. We partner with the nation's top waterparks and entertainment facilities. We also own and operate our own brands including In The Game and Bonkers.
We are currently seeking a Shift Supervisor for our arcade operation within Great Wolf Lodge.

What will you be doing as a Shift Supervisor with Family Entertainment Group?
  • Providing excellent guest service
  • Assisting guests with purchasing game cards
  • Assisting guests with arcade games and attractions
  • Ensuring the location is safe and clean for our guests
  • Filling games with tickets and fixing minor arcade game problems
  • Managing and balancing cash drawers
  • Representing the company in addressing guest concerns
  • Providing leadership to a team of amazing co-workers

Requirements
The ideal candidate:
  • Has experience in guest service / customer service roles
  • Has experience leading teams of staff members toward success
  • Has the ability to train and coach staff members on tasks and guest service
  • Has experience counting and balancing cash drawers and deposits
  • Is energetic, outgoing, and upbeat. Sets a positive example for the team.
  • Enjoys making a difference in the lives of our guests through outstanding guest service
  • Is coachable and willing to learn. No arcade supervisory experience is required for this position, we will provide you with all the training you need!
  • Enjoys being part of a team and has a teamwork attitude
  • Is willing to work nights, weekends, and holidays
