Family Entertainment Group (FEG) is the industry leader in arcade and entertainment facility design, development, consultation, and operations. We partner with the nation's top waterparks and entertainment facilities. We also own and operate our own brands including In The Game and Bonkers.
We are currently seeking Technical Assistant for the arcade within Insert Location Here

What will you be doing as a Technical Assistant with Family Entertainment Group?
  • Providing excellent guest service
  • Troubleshooting and repairing arcade games and attractions
  • Completing maintenance tasks as assigned by the Technical Manager
  • Maintaining an accurate inventory of parts, tools, and equipment
  • Performing preventative maintenance as directed by the Technical Manager
  • Assisting in performing routine inspections on equipment
  • Assisting in the assembly of new pieces of equipment
  • Acting with a sense of urgency to keep all games and attractions operational
  • Assisting in other departments when called upon to do so

Requirements
The ideal candidate has:
  • A background in arcade game and attraction maintenance or experience working with similar equipment in related industries such as casinos or bowling alleys is a plus but not required. This is an entry-level position, the training you need to be successful in this role will be provided
  • Some experience in troubleshooting and repairing electrical and mechanical issues
  • Some experience assembling and disassembling mechanical components
  • Ability to follow directions closely and accurately
  • General knowledge of and familiarity with common tools and hardware
  • Basic computer skills
  • A willingness to learn new things. The ideal candidate would be highly coachable
