Job description

We are seeking a hands-on B2B Marketing Specialist to support the Private Events business for a leading organization in the live entertainment and hospitality industry. This role will partner closely with marketing and sales teams to execute marketing initiatives across a portfolio of high-profile entertainment and hospitality venues.

This is an execution-focused marketing role. The ideal candidate understands B2B marketing, brings a strong marketing perspective, and enjoys taking an established vision and bringing it to life through content, collateral, digital assets, sales enablement, and project coordination.

This is not an Event Coordinator or Event Manager position. You will be marketing private events and venues—not planning or working the events themselves.

This role is a contract through to the end of the year, 40 hours per week. Has the potential to convert to full-time.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute B2B marketing initiatives supporting the organization’s Private Events business.
  • Coordinate and manage marketing and sales collateral across multiple venues, including sales sheets, email assets, presentations, advertising creative, sizzle videos, and other promotional materials.
  • Partner with Private Events sales teams to develop and maintain marketing materials that support lead generation and sales efforts.
  • Maintain venue content, imagery, and marketing information across event planning and lead-generation platforms.
  • Coordinate photo and video content capture, partnering with internal teams, sales teams, and external photographers or videographers.
  • Support website projects in partnership with the Web Manager, including developing briefs, coordinating content and assets, managing reviews, and tracking deliverables.
  • Partner with marketing leadership to execute established marketing plans and initiatives.
  • Build presentations and assist with marketing reporting.
  • Manage multiple projects, stakeholders, venues, assets, and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Ensure marketing materials and venue information remain accurate, consistent, and up to date.

2–4+ years of professional marketing experience.

Experience in B2B marketing, ideally supporting a sales-driven organization.

Strong experience executing marketing projects and campaigns.

Experience developing or coordinating marketing and sales collateral.

Strong project management and organizational skills.

Experience working cross-functionally with sales, creative, digital, and/or web teams.

Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Strong communication and presentation skills.

Comfortable working onsite in Nashville and visiting local venues as needed.
