Job description

This position involves collecting, reviewing, and inputting accurate data into Ticketmaster Archtics system following Caesars Entertainment procedural best practices and established standards, then verifying the output. 

The tool knowledge set for the position includes Archtics, Host and Host applications, TM1, EMT Event Management Tool. Must have excellent computer skills and be familiar with MS Excel and Outlook.

  • 2-4 years experience with the Ticketmaster System, or related field experience
  • Box Office experience is required - Overall awareness of the entertainment business is important
  • Must be computer literate with excellent data entry skills
  • Ability to handle high volume email communication with excellent inbox organization - experience with Outlook strongly recommended
  • Ability to multi-task in order to successfully handle multiple priorities with varying deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Demonstrates the ability to be self-directed, take initiative, be proactive, motivated, seek solutions, and understand the duties and perform them without waiting for instruction
  • Works well under supervision, with ability to interact with all levels of employees and partners
  • Upbeat and positive attitude with a teamwork mentality
  • Service oriented - Strong focus on internal and external partner support with genuine interest in interacting with and helping resolve issues
  • Literate and fluent in English - able to convey information and ideas clearly, with excellent written and oral communication skills

  • Experience with Salesforce a plus

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS

  • H. S. diploma or equivalent required. BA/BS degree is preferred.

  • Gather pending/confirmed ticketing show information
  • Confirm scaling, update maps online
  • Build events in Archtics and TM ticketing systems
  • Operate from procedural lists, control records, and coding schemes to enter source event data using procedural "best practices" and established standards
  • Create & update event manifests and pricing for live events 
  • Manage ticket templates, painter, and test prior to property release
  • Maintain retail exception packages and APIs
  • Maintain ticketing system user database
  • Understand local tax and fee requirements for all venues nationwide in the Caesars portfolio, and ensure all events and pricing are built following those requirements
  • Understand contractual elements as it relates to the Caesars LUA and supporting venue fees
  • Communicate successfully with property box offices and promoters to clarify submitted information to complete requested event builds and updates
  • Generate reporting as needed and research within the ticketing system
  • Support with other tasks and duties as assigned by Event Creation Manager
