Are you the person who walks into a room and naturally starts making connections?

Do you thrive on meeting new people, opening doors, and building relationships that turn into long-term business?

Looking for a true Business Development Hunter to help grow one of the industry's leading live event production companies. This isn't an account management position. We're looking for someone who genuinely enjoys networking, prospecting, and creating opportunities from the ground up.

If you're energized by building your own pipeline, landing new clients, and being rewarded for your success, we'd love to talk.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Generate new business through strategic prospecting, networking, referrals, cold outreach, and industry events.
  • Build and manage a healthy pipeline while owning the full sales cycle, from the first conversation through contract close.
  • Develop relationships with corporate clients, agencies, meeting planners, and event professionals.
  • Identify opportunities within trade shows, conferences, product launches, corporate meetings, and experiential events.
  • Partner closely with an experienced production team to deliver world-class live event solutions.
  • Become a trusted resource within the events community and continue expanding your professional network.

What We're Looking For

  • 5+ years of Business Development, B2B Sales, or Event Sales experience.

  • Experience owning the full sales cycle and consistently meeting or exceeding sales goals.
  • Strong relationship builder with excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Corporate events, experiential marketing, AV, production, exhibit, hospitality, or related industry experience is highly preferred.

You'll Be Successful If You...

  • Love meeting new people and building genuine relationships.
  • Aren't afraid to pick up the phone or introduce yourself at networking events.
  • Take ownership of your pipeline and enjoy chasing new opportunities.
  • Thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
  • Want the freedom to build your own book of business while being supported by an exceptional operations and production team.

What We Offer

  • $80,000-$95,000 base salary
  • Uncapped commission with significant earning potential
  • Remote w/travel
  • Strong operational and production support
  • Opportunity to work with exciting corporate events, trade shows, and experiential activations
  • Growth with an expanding, highly respected event production company

If you're someone who believes the best opportunities are the ones you create, we'd love to hear from you.
