Job Title: CX Account Manager

Reports To: Director of Customer Experience (CX)

Location: Oak Creek (Milwaukee), WI – onsite

Salary: $70,000 – $80,000 annually


Key Job Responsibilities

  • Own a portfolio of client accounts, building strong relationships, understanding their business needs, and acting as their internal advocate at Atomix.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, ensuring clients always feel supported, informed, and valued.
  • Represent the client voice internally to drive improvements in scalable order fulfillment of their products.
  • Monitor account health indicators including client satisfaction, order accuracy, on-time shipping percentage, error trends, billing accuracy and inventory accuracy.
  • Lead client onboarding and ensure a smooth, professional transition onto the Atomix platform from day one.
  • Conduct regular account check-ins and business reviews to assess client satisfaction, identify challenges, and proactively present solutions.
  • Manage billing inquiries and account-level documentation with accuracy and professionalism.
  • Proactively reach out to clients to communicate updates, flag potential issues, and strengthen day-to-day relationships.
  • Resolve order and shipment issues with a sense of urgency, keeping clients informed every step of the way.
  • Collaborate with the Customer Experience Associates to ensure day-to-day support tasks are completed with accuracy and timeliness.
  • Work cross functionally with Operations Leadership to align expectations and resolve client needs efficiently.


Job Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in customer account management or related client-facing role.
  • Background in 3PL, logistics, warehousing, or eCommerce is preferred, so you understand the world in which our clients operate within.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously with professionalism and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in CRM platforms and Google Workspace or Microsoft Office (WMS experience a bonus).
  • Dynamic written and verbal communication skills. Equally comfortable on the phone, over email, direct messaging and in person.
  • Ability to manage multiple complex tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
  • Ability to navigate diverse client personalities and relationships with grace, professionalism, and consistency.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred, but not required
  • Bilingual candidates are strongly encouraged to apply
  • Must be able to lift 50 lbs. occasionally.
