Job description


The Dealer is responsible for dealing with live Table Games while creating an entertaining/exciting environment game needed (Blackjack, one to two Carnival Games i.e., Three Card Poker, Ultimate Texas Hold'em, Let It Ride. Roulette a plus and Craps/Dice is an additional advantage. Create a fun and exciting environment where guests can have memorable time at his/her table.
Responsibilities
  • Deal games at pace that deliver consistent, continuous action for guests
  • Greeting guests promptly and courteously
  • Create environment where guests can have fun at his/her table
  • Always follow procedures, maintain a high level of concentration, and maintain or develop dealing skills
  • Protects and controls of the game
  • Conducts the games in accordance with Company policies and procedures and applicable gaming regulations, managing guest transactions and notifying the Supervisor of any irregularities
  • Exchanges currency for gaming chips and pay or collect bets according to house rules in an accurate manner
  • Advises the Table Games Service Supervisors of any disputes or arguments that may arise during the game among players/dealers

Qualifications
  • Work prefers previous modeling/entertainment experience
  • Work requires a minimum age of 21
  • Work requires effective communication in English, both verbal and written form in a professional manner
  • Must present a neat and professional appearance
  • Work requires ability to perform basic math functions
  • Work requires flexibility to work various shifts
  • Work requires a minimum of 6 months dealer experience
  • Cards Needed: Gaming License

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS
  • Must be able to sit and stand for extended periods of time
  • Must be able to maneuver to work inside and continuously maneuver in and around assigned table in the Pit department during entire shift, with regular interval breaks
  • Must be able to respond calmly and manage many customers' demands in a fast-paced environment as well as respond to visual and aural cues
  • Must be able to memorize game rules and procedures
  • Must be able to quickly and accurately perform mathematical computations when determining winners and losers and collecting and paying
