IT Project Manager – Public Sector Safety

Duration: 12 Months 

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior IT Project Manager to provide project management support for Enterprise Technology Public Safety projects. The ideal candidate brings a strong background managing enterprise technology initiatives within a public sector environment, with preferred experience 

This role supports strategic enterprise projects spanning Law Enforcement, Emergency Services, Disaster Preparedness and Response, Public Health Initiatives, Regulatory Measures, and Community Engagement and Collaboration Across Agencies.

Preferred Experience
  • Managing Enterprise Technology Public Safety projects
  • Public sector or government project delivery experience
  • Familiarity with Law Enforcement systems such as MDT and CAD/RMS platforms
Role and Responsibilities

The Senior Project Manager will lead, oversee, and ensure the successful delivery and management of assigned projects. This individual is responsible for ensuring all projects are delivered within defined scope, quality, time, and cost parameters, while applying dynamic change management practices to maximize business value.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the delivery of assigned enterprise projects
  • Ensure project deliverables meet quality and schedule expectations
  • Maintain and manage project scope, risks, issues, and communications
  • Coordinate with stakeholders, technical teams, and leadership across agencies
  • Support other duties related to the delivery of the Asset Management Program as assigned
