We seeking individuals who see to grow into senior leadership positions and take on larger roles within Scratch.
Your responsibilities include:- Serving as the senior day-to-day contact for a portfolio of accounts, building trusted advisor relationships with senior stakeholders and navigating complex organizational dynamics with confidence and professionalism.
- Leading account strategy, ensuring content programs tie directly to clients’ growth objectives and feed into paid, earned, shared, and owned channels.
- Concepting and developing high-quality content across formats including written, video, social, websites, functioning as a senior individual contributor in addition to team leader.

- Identifying and driving upsell and expansion opportunities within existing accounts, and contributing to new business pitches as assigned.
- Maintaining rigorous quality standards across all deliverables, managing timelines, and ensuring client expectations are consistently met or exceeded.
Enterprise business technology expertise is non-negotiable. You will leverage extensive research, including client interviews, analyst briefings, and ongoing industry analysis, to build and sustain a command of enterprise technology trends, competitive landscapes, and buyer personas across your accounts.
Behaviors- Operate with urgency and ownership, holding yourself and your team accountable for both quality and outcomes.

- Stay continuously current on enterprise technology trends, especially in cybersecurity and networking, to provide credible, substantive strategic counsel.
- Share best practices and creative approaches across the agency; elevate the work of every team you touch.
- Champion the Scratch way of working: collaborative, transparent, and relentlessly focused on client success.
- Communicate with clarity and conviction in writing, in meetings, and in presentations to senior client stakeholders.
- Maintain strong client retention and satisfaction across your account portfolio, with qualitative and quantitative indicators of trust and partnership.
- Consistently grow scope and demand within existing accounts and contribute meaningfully to new business development.

- Proven ability to develop strong, lasting relationships with senior client stakeholders, including experience navigating demanding or complex client environments with professionalism and poise.
- Outstanding verbal communication skills, including the ability to present work persuasively, facilitate strategic discussions, and represent the agency at the highest levels.
