Job description

Hours: Varying full-time schedules; drive is open from 7am to 7pm Mon - Fri and Saturday 8am to 5pm. Schedules will be discussed in interviews.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Greets arriving and departing guests
  • Parks guest vehicles in specified areas in an efficient and safe manner
  • Retrieves customer vehicles from specified areas in an efficient and safe manner
  • Performs drive and park assignments as per department policies and procedures   


Duties include but are not limited to: Main duties include moving dealership and guests’ vehicles to and from the service drive to designated parking spots and our wash facility, and retrieving guests’ vehicles upon their return to pick up vehicles. 
Other job duties include; Deliver keys and repair orders to the appropriate Service Advisor/holding area · Maintain neat and organized parking lot · Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner · Maintain clean service area and other areas as directed by management · Provide shuttle services for guests · Run any necessary errands required by management/service department · Any other duties as directed by management. Job requirements (but not limited to): · Valid driver’s license · Positive attitude and willingness to work as a team. 
QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Previous valet experience a plus but not required
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Must be self-motivated and have the energy to meet new people every day
  • Must be able to work in outdoor elements
  • Must be able to operate vehicles in a safe manner
  • Valid driver's license and good driving record
  • Must be able to pass criminal background check, motor vehicle check and drug screen
