Job description


RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Greets arriving and departing guests
  • Parks guest vehicles in specified areas in an efficient and safe manner
  • Retrieves customer vehicles from specified areas in an efficient and safe manner
  • Performs drive and park assignments as per department policies and procedures
  • Organizes and cleans the service drive


Duties include but are not limited to: Main duties include moving dealership and guestsโ€™ vehicles to and from the service drive to designated parking spots and our wash facility, and retrieving guestsโ€™ vehicles upon their return to pick up vehicles.
Other job duties include; Deliver keys and repair orders to the appropriate Service Advisor/holding area ยท Maintain neat and organized parking lot ยท Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner ยท Maintain clean service area and other areas as directed by management ยท Provide shuttle services for guests ยท Run any necessary errands required by management/service department ยท Any other duties as directed by management. Job requirements (but not limited to): ยท Valid driverโ€™s license ยท Positive attitude and willingness to work as a team.
QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Previous Porter experience a plus but not required
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Must be self-motivated and have the energy to meet new people every day
  • Must be able to work in outdoor elements
  • Must be able to operate vehicles in a safe manner
  • Valid driver's license and good driving record
  • Must be able to pass criminal background check, motor vehicle check and drug screen
