We are seeking a Housekeeper who takes pride in their work! The Housekeeper is responsible for ensuring our community and curb appeal sparkle. This is a high-rise community in Downtown Indianapolis!
As Housekeeper, your mission will be to maintain the cleanliness and curb appeal of the community and amenities; ensuring health and safety guidelines are adhered to for our residents and guests. To achieve this mission you will:
  • Maintain the overall cleanliness and presentation of the community including curb appeal, amenities, leasing office, parking lots, and all other areas of the property
  • Perform a variety of cleaning activities such as sweeping, mopping, dusting and polishing
  • Ability to move appliances for deep cleaning underneath and inside
  • Ability to adhere to the community's high level of standards in regards to move out cleaning and amenity cleaning
  • Ensure all units are cared for and inspected according to standards
  • Dispose of any waste and debris throughout the community
  • Communicate any health or safety issues to the Maintenance Supervisor/Property Manager
  • Properly operate and maintain all necessary supplies and equipment
  • Assist in cleaning vacant units
  • Complete all assigned services request
