  • Assist in gathering and documenting functional and technical requirements from business partners
  • Perform data validation, system testing, and troubleshooting
  • Develop process flows, documentation, and training materials
  • Collaborate with technical and nontechnical teams to support platform enhancements
  • Learn and apply foundational skills in SAP, digital platforms, and packaged application development

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in STEM or adjacent field, such as Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Technology, Engineering (Systems, Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical), with graduation by August 31, 2027.
  • Strong academic track record (3.2+ cumulative GPA) from a 4-year accredited institution.
  • U.S. citizenship required (due to federal contract requirements)
  • Ability to travel 25-50% preferred, but requirements vary by team and location.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Eagerness to learn complex enterprise systems
  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with diverse teams
  • Curiosity and motivation to build longterm expertise in SAP and enterprise technology platforms

This is more than a job-it's a launchpad for a technical career in federal innovation. Whether you aspire to be a cloud engineer, AI integration specialist, or software architect, we'll support your growth with mentorship, certifications, and access to the latest technologies through the Analyst Development Program (ADP).
