As a sign professional, you will play a vital role in driving results to meet challenging company goals and client expectations with signs of the highest quality.The Preconstruction Development Coordinator provides administrative and operational support to the Sales Team while helping keep projects, quotes, and customer information moving efficiently through the organization. This role works closely with Sales, Project Management, Design, Estimating, and Operations to help maintain organized workflows, accurate data, and strong customer communication.Key ResponsibilitiesEnter and maintain customer and project information within Epicor and HubSpotAssist with moving quotes and opportunities through Design and Estimating workflowsSupport quote preparation, proposal assembly, and sales documentationCoordinate client meetings, follow-up communication, and schedulingRespond to customer requests and assist with general client communicationComplete customer and vendor prequalification paperwork and onboarding formsMaintain organized project files, pipeline updates, and CRM recordsAssist with tracking project charters, action items, and project communicationHelp coordinate quick-turn and smaller project opportunitiesSupport data management and reporting for the Sales TeamCollaborate with internal departments to help keep projects and opportunities moving forwardQualifications1–3 years of administrative, sales support, customer service, coordination, or office experience preferredStrong organizational and communication skillsComfortable managing multiple tasks and prioritiesDetail-oriented with good follow-throughProficient with Microsoft Office programs including Outlook and ExcelExperience with CRM or ERP systems preferred but not requiredAbility to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environmentWhat We Offer:Competitive pay based on experience.Opportunities for growth and skill development.Paid time off and paid holidays.Benefits package includes medical, dental, vision and 401k.
