ITC Federal is seeking a skilled Enterprise Content Management Specialist to support our Department of Justice (DOJ) National Security Division (NSD) program. In this role, the selected candidate will be responsible for the installation, configuration, and administration of OpenText Content Server and Kofax Capture solutions, ensuring reliable document management and capture capabilities that support mission-critical operations. The position will provide technical support and training to end users, assist with system configuration and change management processes, and help maintain stable, secure environments for enterprise content management systems. The candidate will also develop training materials, deliver user training sessions, and communicate technical information clearly through both written documentation and verbal presentations. This role requires strong technical troubleshooting skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work closely with government stakeholders to ensure effective use of document capture and content management technologies supporting the National Security Divisionโ€™s mission. Responsibilities * Install, configure, and administer instances of OpenText Content Server, Kofax Capture Server, and Kofax Capture clients.
* Provide user support and training for staff using OpenText Content Server and Kofax Capture clients.
* Prepare and deliver written and oral communications
* Implement methods and procedures for stable configuration and control of system updates and changes
* Develop training materials and provide training to end-user community Qualifications * 10+ years overall, relevant experience, with a minimum of 2 to 3 years of experience installing, supporting and maintaining OpenText Enterprise Content Management systems (Content Server), or similar enterprise content management systems, including associated web servers and databases. * Bachelorโ€™s Degree required, Advanced degree, preferred, from an accredited university or significant equivalent experience, training and/or certifications. * Active Top-Secret clearance with ability to obtain SCI
* Ability to install, configure, and administer OpenText ECM / Content Server or similar ECM system.
* Ability to perform a backup and restore of OpenText ECM / Content Server or similar ECM system.
* Ability to install, configure, and administer Kofax Capture Server or similar product.
DESIRED: * Experience with OpenText ECM / Content Server and Kofax general engineering, supporting activities such as software / systems engineering, changes in networking services, application conversion and implementation, client / server migration, system prototyping, and integration. * Experience with Agile development methods.
* Experience installing, supporting and maintaining Kofax Capture software (client/server) or similar products.   WORK ENVIRONMENT AND PHYSICAL DEMANDS: Candidate must be able to function in general office environment.
