The Role:
As an Enterprise Account Executive, you will drive net new revenue and expand existing customer accounts. The ideal candidate will be a self-directed, resourceful individual with a "hunter" mentality who is laser-focused on building their own book of business.
You'll be responsible for building, managing and closing opportunities with managers, directors and executives of large manufacturing corporations. Building deep relationships and matching their company strategy and challenges to Oden's value proposition to generate business within existing and new accounts. This individual puts the best interests of the clients first and is excited to inspire manufacturers to adopt advanced and predictive manufacturing analytics.
You have sound business acumen, ability to drive an outcome based sales process, and natural sales instincts. You are a creative, passionate, self-driven team player with a track record of success. You are comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Most importantly, you are excited about sales, building an amazing brand, and helping create meaningful change for our growing organization.
Responsibilities Include But Not Limited To:
  • Own the entire sales process from strategic prospecting, qualifying, managing, and closing sales opportunities within target accounts. Break into Fortune 500 companies and drive large, complex deals to close.
  • Build lasting customer relationships in a way that ensures customer satisfaction while showing value to drive urgency for upsells
  • Map, coordinate, and navigate complex relationships with multiple stakeholders at target accounts in order to execute a sales process and win deals
  • Evangelize Oden's vision for Industry 4.0 and the progression of technological adoption in the manufacturing sector
  • Work collaboratively with Marketing, Product, Customer Success, & Solution Architect teams in order to ensure success of the sales process and winning new clients
  • Maintain accurate pipeline and forecasts with CRM
  • Travel as-needed (estimating 30%) to support prospects and clients

Preferred Experience:
  • 5+ years software sales experience, successful sales of SaaS to large, complex organizations
  • Consistent track record of achieving 100%+ of your quota
  • Experience with effectively developing net new accounts into a land & expand methodology, managing your own pipeline, and adding new revenue from existing accounts
  • Experience with navigating deals through large organizations to successfully sell complex six/seven-figure deals
  • Ability to connect with target account's leadership, form lasting business relationships with multiple decision makers, from process engineers to the C-level
  • Exceptional communication skills - ability to credibly communicate and influence at all levels of the organization from operations to engineers to C-level executives
  • Experience with manufacturing is a plus

Location: Preferred for candidates to be located near a large US metro: New York City, Atlanta, Chicago, Boston, Minneapolis, Dallas, Houston, Charlotte, etc

We anticipate the base salary band for this role will be between $100,000 and $150,000, in addition to equity and benefits along with variable compensation bringing OTE to $200,000 to $300,000 depending on the level. This role may be hired at the Senior Associate level ($100,000 to $150,000). The salary at offer will be determined by factors such as the candidate's experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity among our team.
