About Your Work
  • Join a collaborative team of 1 Physician, 2 Nurse Practitioners, and 2 Audiologists

  • Onsite Audiology and comprehensive testing with experienced clinical support staff

  • First Assist surgical support available

  • Flexible scheduling model – provider preference for outpatient vs. OR days

  • Outpatient clinic located adjacent to award-winning Hospital System

  • Well-stocked, modern OR with ample block time

  • Top-tier visualization: Leica microscope and 4K endoscopes

  • Advanced nerve monitoring: Medtronic NIM Vital

  • Powered instrumentation: Straight Shot console

  • Innovative tissue identification: PTeye technology

  • Office schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

  • 4 administrative hours per week

  • Practice General ENT or develop a focus in Otology, Laryngology, or Head & Neck Surgery (optional)

  • Average 18–30 patients per day (varies by clinic, OR, or mixed schedule)
