Job description

Job Summary:
Ensign Services, Inc. is a subsidiary of The Ensign Group, Inc. and a leader in the post-acute care industry. The Workday Integrations Developer will configure business processes, provide support to HR and Payroll teams, and implement system changes to enhance efficiency and compliance.
Responsibilities:
• Configure Workday business processes, report writing, and system development changes.
• Provide direct HRIS/Workday support to leadership, HR, and Payroll teams.
• Implement new system configurations to align with legal and business requirements.
• Modify and maintain existing business processes, eligibility rules, and integrations.
• Perform testing and troubleshooting of system changes and optimizations, including: Parallel testing.
• Regression testing.
• End-to-End testing.
• User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Identify and implement system improvements to enhance efficiency and performance.
Qualifications:
Required:
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field (foreign degree accepted).
• Minimum of three (3) years of experience in computer programming or development.
• Any suitable combination of education, training, and experience will be considered.
