As an Onboarding Recruiter, you will partner closely with our recruiting leaders to support the company’s growth by helping identify, attract, and select the most qualified Independent Contractors for our clients. You’ll play a key role in the hiring process by ensuring smooth candidate experiences and assisting in sourcing top talent to meet evolving operational needs.


What does an Enrollment Recruiter in Customer Support do?


Job Advertising: Create and post engaging job advertisements across various platforms to attract qualified candidates.


Candidate Communication: Manage high volumes of inbound and outbound calls to coordinate enrollments, follow-ups, and candidate contracting.

Shift: Onsite Day Shift Role


Hourly Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour


Requirements:

· 2 years’ experience in a High Volume – High-Quality Customer Service / Support environment with strong system/software experience required.

· 2 years’ experience working in a fast paced and high call volume environment.

· Strong administration skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and competing priorities.

· Advanced experience level working with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, Job Boards, and Job Postings).

· Clear, concise, and effective communication skills.

· Superb conflict resolution skills.

· Ability to display integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.

· Work successfully independently and in a team environment.
