The ideal candidate is a results-driven leader who can drive membership sales, build relationships with prospective and existing members, coach and develop staff, and ensure the facility operates at the highest standards. This individual leads by example, creates a positive team culture, and is accountable for achieving sales, operational, and member retention goals.
Key Responsibilities
  • Drive membership sales through tours and follow-up.
