Trinity Health PACE Alexandria is a Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE) in Central Louisiana that provides comprehensive medical, social, and supportive services that enable older adults to remain safe in their homes and communities. Through an interdisciplinary team approach, PACE coordinates medical care, rehabilitation, transportation, home care, social services, and caregiver support to promote independence, dignity, and quality of life for older adults.

Position Summary
The Sales & Enrollment Manager leads, manages, and mentors the Sales & Enrollment team to support the Trinity Health PACE mission and achieve strategic growth objectives. This position is responsible for meeting enrollment targets, developing referral sources, expanding community awareness, overseeing sales operations, and ensuring compliance with all PACE enrollment requirements.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Leadership & Team Management
  • Lead, coach, and mentor Sales Representatives and Community Liaisons.
  • Conduct performance evaluations, one-on-one coaching sessions, and team meetings.
  • Assist with recruiting, interviewing, onboarding, and training staff.
  • Monitor team productivity and ensure achievement of key performance indicators (KPIs).

Growth & Enrollment
  • Develop and execute annual sales and enrollment strategies.
  • Achieve fiscal year enrollment goals within the assigned territory.
  • Monitor referral pipelines and enrollment conversion rates.
  • Manage complex enrollment cases and ensure timely completion of enrollment processes.

Community Outreach & Relationship Development
  • Build and strengthen relationships with hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, physician practices, assisted living communities, community agencies, and referral partners.
  • Represent PACE at community events, senior fairs, and outreach activities.
  • Increase awareness of PACE services among healthcare providers and community stakeholders.

Data Management & Reporting
  • Maintain accurate referral tracking in CRM platforms.
  • Monitor enrollment metrics and performance dashboards.
  • Prepare reports and provide regular updates to senior leadership.
  • Ensure documentation is complete, accurate, and compliant with regulatory requirements.

Marketing Collaboration
  • Work closely with marketing leadership to develop and implement annual marketing plans.
  • Ensure all marketing materials meet Trinity Health and regulatory standards.
  • Support campaigns designed to increase referrals and enrollment growth.

Compliance & Quality
  • Ensure enrollment practices comply with CMS, state PACE regulations, and Trinity Health policies.
  • Protect participant confidentiality.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and organizational committees.

Qualifications
Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Marketing, Public Relations, or related field preferred.
  • Equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.

Experience
  • Minimum of three (3) years of healthcare sales experience.
  • Prior sales leadership or management experience preferred.
  • Demonstrated success meeting or exceeding sales and enrollment goals.
  • Experience developing strategic sales plans and managing referral networks.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and team-building skills.
  • Knowledge of healthcare, managed care, senior services, or PACE programs.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • CRM and Microsoft Office proficiency.
  • Strong analytical and project management abilities.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
