Job description

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive legal strategy for complex litigation and investigations across all global operations of Enovix

  • Oversee and manage a team of legal professionals to ensure timely and effective handling of all legal matters

    Collaborate with cross-functional teams including compliance, regulatory, and external counsel to ensure alignment and consistency in legal approach

  • Provide legal guidance and support to senior leadership on potential risks and litigation impacts on business operations

    Stay updated on relevant laws, regulations, and industry trends to inform legal strategies and ensure compliance

  • Develop and maintain relationships with external legal partners and monitor their performance to ensure high-quality and cost-effective services

  • Manage and allocate budget and resources for legal matters to ensure efficient use of company resources

    Communicate and liaise with internal stakeholders to provide updates, recommendations, and guidance on legal matters

  • Lead and participate in internal investigations, including conducting interviews, gathering evidence, and presenting findings to senior management

  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and company standards

    Represent the company in legal proceedings, including court appearances and negotiations with opposing counsel

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with regulatory agencies and other external stakeholders

Qualifications

  • J.D. and minimum 15+ years relevant experience managing litigation

  • Strong communication skills, a passion for learning, effective at relationship building, ability to manage a large portfolio of diverse projects and issues
