Job description

About the Role:
As a People Resources Generalist, you are the engine that keeps our people operations running smoothly for our high-energy Contact Center. You will act as a dedicated resource to our managers and employees, translating HR policies into everyday solutions and ensuring our people processes are executed with precision. This is a high-impact, execution-focused role where you'll have the autonomy to resolve routine employee relations issues from start to finish, ensuring our teams feel supported and our operations remain seamless. This role will report to the People Resources Manager.
Responsibilities:
  • Act as the first point of contact for employee concerns, independently diagnosing and resolving routine issues from beginning to end.
  • Apply and interpret HR policies and procedures to provide clear, consistent guidance to employees and managers.
  • Support managers through coaching on documentation, policy application, and conflict resolution.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to streamline HR workflows and share insights to improve the employee experience.
  • Maintain a solid understanding of HR functions and know exactly when and how to escalate complex issues to an HR Business Partner.
  • Build professional credibility by collaborating with our Centers of Excellence (Compensation, Benefits, Talent Development) to ensure business needs are met.

Requirements:
  • 2+ years of HR experience in a Generalist or similar role.
  • Experience supporting an hourly workforce or working within a Contact Center environment.
  • Proficiency in HRIS or HCM systems (e.g., Workday, Oracle, or similar platforms).
  • Strong knowledge of employment law and the ability to interpret and apply policies to real-world scenarios.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to handle employee relationships thoughtfully, empathetically, and professionally .
  • Strong technical agility, including the ability to leverage AI-enabled tools and emerging technologies to improve efficiency, problem-solving, and HR operations.

Compensation:
The budgeted annual salary range for this position is $55,000 to $75,000. Actual annual salary will be determined based on qualifications, skills, experience, and level assessed during the hiring process and may fall outside of the range shown. Additional compensation for this role may include a bonus and restricted stock units. All full-time employees are eligible to participate in Company benefits, described in more detail here.
