This role is structured to offer flexible working hours, enabling a balanced work-life integration. Although primarily a remote position, you will have the chance to interact directly with a multi-disciplinary team, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals, making it an enriching and dynamic workplace. The remote Detox Center setting is designed to facilitate collaborative care while emphasizing individual therapy and community support.

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments, gathering detailed information regarding clients’ backgrounds, mental health concerns, personal strengths, and available resources to tailor effective treatment plans.
• Deliver individual, family, and group therapy using evidence-based modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy and trauma-focused therapy, specifically designed to address the complexities of addiction and mental health.
• Collaborate closely with a team of caring professionals to develop individualized treatment goals and interventions, ensuring a cohesive and personalized approach to each client’s journey toward recovery.
• Create and implement evidence-informed strategy sessions in crisis intervention, risk assessment, and safety planning to address immediate client needs and enhance their overall wellbeing.
• Facilitate group therapy sessions, psychoeducational classes, and support groups focusing on topics related to recovery, resilience, and coping mechanisms.
• Ensure all client interactions and treatments are thoroughly documented and compliant with ethical standards, legal requirements, and organizational policies.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to care coordination efforts that prioritize client-centered practices to foster optimal outcomes.

Your role as an LCSW will involve crafting holistic treatment plans that not only address immediate mental health issues but also promote long-term stability and wellness, all while ensuring clients feel a sense of safety and support.

• Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program is mandatory.
• Active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) is required.
• A minimum of two years of clinical experience in a mental health or outpatient setting, particularly in areas related to addiction and recovery.
• In-depth knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic modalities and treatment approaches that effectively address client needs.
• Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and assessment skills essential for building rapport with clients and providing effective treatment.

• Experience within a detox center environment or working with individuals in various phases of addiction recovery is highly preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and implement therapeutic programs geared toward improving mental health and life skills.
• Proficiency in maintaining comprehensive case documentation while ensuring adherence to federal and state regulations.

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
