Description
The RPM Inventory & Warehouse Operations Specialist is a full-time role responsible for leading day-to-day warehouse operations, maintaining inventory accuracy, overseeing shipping personnel, and ensuring efficient order fulfillment.
This position is designed for a growth-oriented individual. The role begins with a strong focus on warehouse and inventory management, with the opportunity to expand into manufacturing and production responsibilities as experience is gained.
We are seeking someone who is highly detail-oriented, organized, and motivated to learn and grow. Over time, this individual will contribute across the full spectrum of operations-from optimizing warehouse processes to supporting hands-on production.
This is a full-time, on-site position (40 hours per week) dedicated to supporting inventory, warehouse operations, and fulfillment activities for the RPM brand and its associated manufacturing efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee daily warehouse activities: receiving, stocking, organizing, processing and staging fulfillment orders.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records through counts, cycle checks, and reconciliations.
  • Manage component parts and finished goods to ensure timely availability for fulfillment.
  • Manage custom orders, engraving workflows, and customer service inquiries.
  • Coordinate with Sales and Planning to support wholesale orders, print work orders, and track order completion.
  • Collaboration with Operations on inbound supplier shipments.
  • Collaborate with the Fulfillment team on packing, shipping, and custom product workflows.
  • Create and maintain warehouse SOPs to control inventory for efficiency and accuracy.
  • Manage Shipping associate, including weekly 1:1' s, timecard approvals, and reviews.
  • Collaborate with operations on RPM fulfillment shipping for wholesale, international, and domestic, along with maintaining shipping settings and accuracy through Shopify.

Maintain a safe, clean, and well-organized warehouse environment.
Requirements
  • Strong understanding of warehouse operations, inventory control processes, and material handling.
  • Daily experience with ERP (NetSuite, Oracle, etc)
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience creating work instructions or SOPs.
  • Familiarity with programs such as Slack and ShipStation.
  • Daily management of inbound, fulfillment, and shipping orders.
  • Daily management of RPM Shipping personnel.

Bonus points for:
  • Previous management experience in production and shipping.
  • Previous exposure to manufacturing environments.
  • Exposure to QA for incoming parts and line audits
  • Experience with production instructions, scheduling, or equipment troubleshooting.
  • Knowledge of process improvement methods (Lean, Six Sigma, etc.).
  • Support troubleshooting of assembly or production issues
  • Participate in equipment upkeep, maintenance schedules, and safe operation.

Being bilingual in English/Vietnamese is a plus but not required.
Education and Experience:
  • Experience in warehouse finished goods and component inventory and storage field preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or related field preferred; extensive relevant work experience accepted in lieu of degree.

Physical Demands:
Physical stamina to manage warehouse operations, including lifting up to 50 pounds and standing for extended periods.
