  • Create and maintain warehouse SOPs to control inventory for efficiency and accuracy.
  • Manage Shipping associate, including weekly 1:1’ s, timecard approvals, and reviews.
  • Collaborate with operations on RPM fulfillment shipping for wholesale, international, and domestic, along with maintaining shipping settings and accuracy through Shopify.

Maintain a safe, clean, and well-organized warehouse environment.

Requirements:

  • Daily experience with ERP (NetSuite, Oracle, etc)
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience creating work instructions or SOPs.

  • Daily management of inbound, fulfillment, and shipping orders.
  • Daily management of RPM Shipping personnel.

Bonus points for:

  • Previous management experience in production and shipping.
  • Previous exposure to manufacturing environments.
  • Exposure to QA for incoming parts and line audits
  • Experience with production instructions, scheduling, or equipment troubleshooting.
  • Knowledge of process improvement methods (Lean, Six Sigma, etc.).
  • Support troubleshooting of assembly or production issues
  • Participate in equipment upkeep, maintenance schedules, and safe operation.

Being bilingual in English/Vietnamese is a plus but not required.

Education and Experience:
