BRIEF DESCRIPTION / POSITION SUMMARY
Yorkville High School has an opening for a English 2 Teacher for the summer school session 1. The courses will run four (4) days per week, five (5) hours per day. Session 1 June 8-11, 15-18, 22-25, from 8:00 am to 1:00pm.
  • Prior experience in teaching high school English preferred but not required
  • Prior experience teaching in diverse setting preferred but not required
  • Willingness to participate in a comprehensive professional/course development program prior to summer school session required
  • Strong communication and advocacy skills preferred

Hourly Rate: $32.00
QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS:
Must have a valid Illinois Professional Educators License and be endorsed in English.
