Key Responsibilities
  • Greet and assist customers in the showroom and on the sales lot

  • Build rapport and establish trust with customers, both in English and Spanish

  • Guide customers through vehicle selection by asking the right questions and listening to their needs

  • Present and demonstrate new and pre-owned vehicles in a professional, knowledgeable manner

  • Explain vehicle features, performance, and available options

  • Handle objections, negotiate pricing, and close sales in accordance with dealership standards

  • Follow the full sales process from initial contact to delivery

  • Communicate regularly with Sales Management regarding goals, performance, and customer activity


What We’re Looking For
  • Bilingual in Spanish and English (required)

  • Minimum 1 year of sales experience strongly preferred (or strong desire to learn)
