About the Role

AAA Complete Building Services (CBS) seeks a full-time Administrative Assistant to provide crucial administrative support at a large government facility in Washington, DC. This role involves managing service requests, maintaining the CMMS, dispatching technicians, scheduling subcontractors, collecting visit reports, and interfacing with customers. Additionally, the Administrative Assistant handles general office tasks such as time-sheet tracking and product purchasing maintaining records as necessary. Responsibilities also include project administration, scheduling preventive maintenance, and coordinating with customers on facility maintenance activities. Shift hours: Monday-Friday 40hrs per week. 

You Should Have
  • Must be able to pass and maintain government clearance
  • Requires 3+ years' experience in office administration, billing, invoicing, and financial tracking
  • Must support robust tracking of reimbursable spending accounts
  • General understanding of maintenance operations is a plus 
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and basic accounting functions required
  • Project tracking software experience
  • Proficiency with TMA Systems CMMS
  • Candidate must be a high school graduate or equivalent
  • Excellent written and oral (English) communication skills
